Lesson 2 Adobe Flash Questions

1) Name two primary differences between Mergeable Shapes and Drawing Objects.
- Mergeable Shapes literally merge together and become one shape and when taken apart, it's like taking one shape apart and pieces are missing. This does not occur with Drawing Objects. Also, Mergeable Shapes require layers if you don't want the shapes to be torn apart, while Drawing Objects do not.

2) What tool would you use to manipulate individual points that make up a shape or path?
- The selection tool.

3) What three advantages does isolating artwork on a layer offer?
- You can make it look as though two images are merged, but you can still separate them without ruining the original shape if you wish to do so.
